Additional Information

  • Please let us know before your appointment if you feel unwell or if you have a cold sore.

  • The practice has disability access, and although 2 surgeries are upstairs, a downstairs surgery is available by prior arrangement. Our toilet is on the ground floor but is not wheelchair-accessible.

  • Our dental chairs have a weight limit of 21 stone (133kg). Please let us know if you may exceed this.

  • Emergency treatment is available out of hours – please telephone the practice and a message will detail the arrangements.

  • There may be a charge for failed appointments or short notice (less than 24 hours) cancellations and if this happens more than once we may no longer be able to see you. We aim to send a reminder before your appointment but this is not guaranteed.

  • To maintain your registration with us, we ask that you attend for regular check-ups, at least annually. If you do not do so, we may not be able to make further appointments for you.

  • The practice follows agreed procedures to keep your information secure and private. Please see our Privacy Notice on our website.

  • We are committed to a strict policy of zero tolerance to any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying or abuse.

  • Our practice manager, Abigail Lomas, will be pleased to hear any comments, compliments or complaints you may wish to make, either in person, by telephone, in writing or through a third person.

  • We accept payment by credit / debit card or cash.

  • The practice closes between 1pm and 2pm
