Additional Information

  • The practice closes between 1pm and 2pm

  • We have many precautions in place to keep you safe. You can wear a face covering if you wish and we will provide hand gel on arrival.

  • The practice has disability access, and although 2 surgeries are upstairs, a downstairs surgery is available by prior arrangement. Our toilet is on the ground floor but is not wheelchair-accessible.

  • Emergency treatment is available out of hours – please telephone the practice and a message will detail the arrangements.

  • Short notice cancellations and failed appointments lead to valuable appointments being wasted. If this happens, it is our practice policy that a fee may be charged and we may also request a non-refundable deposit in future. You may also be declined any further appointments at the practice. We aim to send a reminder before your appointment but this is not guaranteed.

  • To maintain your registration with us, we ask that you attend for regular check-ups, at least annually. If you do not do so, we may not be able to make further appointments for you.

  • The practice follows agreed procedures to keep your information secure and private. For more information, please see our Privacy Notice published on our website.

  • Our practice manager, Mrs Abi Lomas, will be pleased to hear any comments, compliments or complaints you may wish to make, either in person, by telephone, in writing or through a third person.

  • We accept payment by credit / debit card, cheques or cash, payable on the day of your appointment.

  • If you wish to register or if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our receptionists who will be glad to assist you.
