Additional Information

  • The practice closes between 1pm and 2pm.

  • We have many precautions in place to keep you safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Before your appointment you will be contacted to complete a simple screening questionnaire. We ask that you wear a face covering and we will provide some hand gel on arrival. We are all wearing extra PPE.

  • Denplan membership (a monthly payment scheme) is available - please enquire for more details.

  • The practice has disability access, and although two surgeries are upstairs, a downstairs surgery is available by prior arrangement. Please note, our toilet is on the ground floor but is not wheelchair-accessible.

  • Emergency treatment is available out of hours – please telephone the practice and a message will detail the arrangements.

  • We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. There may be a charge for failed appointments or short notice cancellations, and if this happens more than once we may no longer be able to see you.

  • We request a £50 deposit when booking a new patient consultation, which we will hold in credit against the appointment charge. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to attend, the deposit is forfeited as a fee.

  • The practice follows agreed procedures to keep your information and personal data secure and private. For more information, please see our Privacy Notice published on this website.

  • Our practice manager, Mrs Abi Lomas, will be pleased to hear any comments, compliments or complaints you may wish to make, either in person, by telephone, in writing or through a third person.

  • We accept payment by credit / debit card, cheques or cash, payable on the day of your appointment.

  • If you wish to register or if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our receptionists who will be glad to assist you.
